REP CULTURE – RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Last updated: 4 September 2026

Rep Culture is a trading brand operated by [YOUR FULL LEGAL NAME], a sole trader established in Ireland.

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through [YOUR DOMAIN].

Nothing in this policy limits or removes any statutory rights available to consumers under Irish or European Union law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022.

1. CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS – 14 DAY CANCELLATION RIGHT

If you are purchasing as a consumer online, you generally have the right to cancel your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days from the day on which you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

If your order contains multiple goods delivered separately, the cancellation period generally begins when you receive the final item.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must clearly tell us that you wish to cancel your contract before the 14-day cancellation period expires.

You may contact us at:

Email: [YOUR EMAIL]

You do not have to provide a reason for cancelling.

After telling us that you are cancelling, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your cancellation.

2. RETURN COSTS

For ordinary change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product to us unless we expressly agree otherwise.

This does not apply where the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not conform to the contract and Irish law requires us to bear the applicable return cost.

We recommend using an appropriately tracked delivery service for returns because you remain responsible for proving that the goods were returned.

3. CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS

You may inspect and handle a product only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, similar to how you would inspect a product in a physical shop.

Where permitted by law, we may reduce the amount refunded to reflect any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what was necessary to inspect the product.

Products should be returned with all parts, accessories and included items where reasonably possible.

4. HYGIENE AND SEALED PRODUCTS

Certain sealed products may be excluded from the change-of-mind cancellation right where:

• the product is not suitable for return for genuine health protection or hygiene reasons; and
• the product was supplied sealed; and
• the seal was broken after delivery.

This exception will only be relied upon where permitted by applicable Irish law.

This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, unsafe, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

5. OTHER LEGAL EXCEPTIONS

The statutory cancellation right may not apply to certain goods where an exemption under applicable Irish or EU law applies, including certain:

• personalised or custom-made goods;
• goods made to the consumer's specifications;
• goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly; or
• sealed hygiene-related goods where the applicable legal requirements are satisfied.

6. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Irish consumers have statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, unsafe, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be legally entitled to remedies including repair, replacement, a reduction in price or termination of the contract and a refund.

Where applicable, Irish law also provides a short-term right to terminate a sales contract for non-conforming goods.

If you believe your product is faulty or incorrect, contact:

[YOUR EMAIL]

Please include:

• your order number;
• your name;
• a description of the issue; and
• photographs or video where reasonably helpful.

We may reasonably request information necessary to assess the issue.

Nothing in this policy requires a consumer to give up any statutory remedy.

7. PRODUCTS DAMAGED THROUGH MISUSE

We are not responsible for damage caused solely by misuse, abuse, improper storage, unauthorised modification, failure to follow safety instructions, ordinary wear and tear or use outside the product's intended purpose where the product itself was legally compliant and not defective.

This provision does not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful.

8. REFUNDS AFTER A CHANGE-OF-MIND CANCELLATION

Where you validly exercise your statutory cancellation right, we will reimburse payments that must legally be reimbursed, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where applicable.

We may withhold reimbursement until:

• we receive the goods back; or
• you provide evidence that you have returned them,

whichever occurs first, where Irish law permits us to do so.

Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless you expressly agree otherwise.

We will not charge a fee for issuing a statutory refund.

Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a delivery option more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery service do not have to be refunded where permitted by law.

9. REFUND PROCESSING

After we issue a refund, your payment provider or bank may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

This processing period is controlled by the payment provider and is outside our direct control.

10. SALE PRODUCTS

Products purchased during sales, discount periods or promotions retain the same statutory consumer rights as products purchased at full price.

A reduced price does not remove your legal rights in relation to faulty or non-conforming goods.

11. ORDER CANCELLATIONS BEFORE DISPATCH

If you contact us before your order has been dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be stopped once processing or fulfilment has begun.

This does not affect any statutory cancellation right you may have after receiving the goods.

12. RETURNS ADDRESS

Before returning an item, please contact:

[YOUR EMAIL]

We will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address where required.

Do not return products to a carrier, supplier or other address unless instructed by us.
